That Blade Runner look

I've been watching the original Blade Runner and it occurred to me: THAT's where I got the look. That's why I like to take flicks like these:

And I don't care if they're out of focus. Focus-schmocus, that's not what it's about. It's about mood. If they were sharply focused you'd be looking at them more something else, for what they represent, for information about the world. No. They're about evoking and implying a world.
